Our rental period is based on SIX consecutive hours, which breaks down to allowing ONE hour for your setup, FOUR hours for your event, followed by ONE hour for cleanup. (Additional hours are $65 per hour.)
Each rental can include a bartender (based on the type of function) at no extra cost, with reasonably priced drinks. Our normal set-up is with all round tables, with seating for 8 at each table. Long serving tables are also available and can be arranged close to electrical outlets for crockpots, etc. Each hall has ceiling lighting and dimmable wall sconce lights depending on your event needs. The facility is equipped with WiFi access. We have plenty of off-street parking, and are well-lit at night.
We are proud to be handicap-accessible for our guests in need, with a ramp, bathroom, and lift for access to both halls.
A podium is available, along with a cordless microphone and PA system. You can play your own personal playlist on our sound system as well. Video projection screens are wall-hung and available for use with your projection system. A caterer’s kitchen is available at NO additional cost and is equipped with coffee makers. We have 100-cup, 35-cup, and 12-cup brewers available. (You must supply the coffee, cups, sugar, and creamers.)
ALL beverages and alcohol must be purchased from our bar.
UPPER HALL ONLY:
The upper hall is more open, with carpet around a large wood dance floor. This hall is usually arranged with tables around the dance floor. The caterer’s kitchen is in the upper hall only. Use of the kitchen is only guaranteed with the upper hall rental. Outside caterers are allowed to use this kitchen to heat and serve food for your event.
The upper hall sound system, with iPad/iPod/iPhone input for your personal playlist, is available. A small raised stage area is in the very front of the hall for a D.J., small band, or presentations.
This hall is rated for 250 meeting-style, 175 banquet-style, and 150 with the dance floor.
This room is all tiled with NO carpet. It is divided by a small wall with poles in two separate areas. This hall is perfect for children’s parties and is much easier to clean up afterwards. Smaller groups like this arrangement, as it is more intimate.
The lower hall sound system, with iPad/iPod/iPhone/Android input for your personal playlist, is available. This hall is rated for 180 meeting-style, 120 banquet-style, and 100 with a dance area.
Our rates are the best in the area, at $300 for the lower hall and $400 for the upper hall for SIX consecutive hours. Additional hours can be purchased at $65 each hour.
